WRITING SKINNY BROWN DOG: PART FOUR
Below is the last letter to my editor concerning writing Skinny Brown Dog.
I hope these letters and drafts have given you a glimpse into what the process of writing a picture book for me is like. The input from an editor is important. And of course so is the vision the illustrator brings to the story. Skinny Brown Dog would never have been the same without Donald Saaf's delightful interpretation.
